This is a brilliant track. The haunting energy is fantastic. Singer/Songwriter, James Ollier, has a lovely way of sharing his emotion. There is honesty and intrigue in the lyric, the phrasing builds on the mystery, while the light piano accompaniment is subtly complex and builds a magical journey. If I had to compare, I reach to Bon Iver and Damien Rice, although I hold out that James has a unique delivery that he calls his own.

The instrumentation is all so light as it cascades so beautifully, building on the lamenting lyric to complete the artist’s picture. This, almost cinematic landscape adds ambience and energy to complete the song. It’s brilliant.
