This is a fun summertime track that shares a flavor of Ben Folds… Yes, it’s soaked in the stylings of the Beach Boys, but there is a bit of an individual style which is where my Ben Folds comparison comes in.
Honestly, I love this, the melodies are tight, it’s catchy and really a sing-along. Good production, nice instrumentation, and well balanced. On a fun note, the track features Billy Hinsche, who performed with the Beach Boys road band for over 30 years. Pretty cool.
