Corner Of Heaven by Sandi Glowe

This 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Rome has a dynamic sense of style, and her music shares this flair both vocally and electronically. The dark synth lines tug at your deepest, darkest places. while her haunting and ephemeral vocal stabs bring the track to another level. This to me is a modern Kate Bush, beautiful vocal delivery that really rises above the soundtrack.

The guitar lines are thought-provoking, they pluck and sting as they deliver this quizzical sound. I enjoyed the transitions out of these slower-paced verses into the more electronic/melodic chorus sections. There was just something that pulled me in. Perhaps it’s the mood or the transitions that keep the song moving down this alleyway, pulling me along all the way.
