San Diego pop rock band, Strange Creature have delivered an epic track, Expectations, for our listening pleasure.
This flange laden tight spin showcases some progressive transitions, and challenging dynamics that hold fast to the bands existential narrative. The vocals are young and present, being a focal drive in the power and presence the band delivers. The melody and vocal harmonies are almost akin to some psychedelic classic rock tunes, but this is showcased more in the aftermath of a brilliantly paced math rock escapade. Nicely done.
