Written to share the pain and abuse shared by all victims of discrimination or abuse, Heard is a calling song meant to be shared. There is a lovely calling to keep going, to not give up under the weight of your abusers.

“Heard is a loving hug to all of those who are victims of discrimination or abuse. To all women who are tired of being called sexual slurs or being touched without consent. To the girl at school who hides in the bathroom in between classes and to the teenager who is shamed as a slut. Keep going, don’t give up. Your day will come, when you will have your revenge on life – when you will be heard.” – INTET

INTET has a nice instrumental balance, some more aggressive rhythms intertwined with a subtle, hopeful male vocal. There are some nice injections of keys and other instrumental elements that create an atmospheric sound and although the track is quite anthemic, there is a really nice balance in the progressions and delivery.
