Illusions by Melanie Pierce

Melanie Pierce has a very expressive track in Illusions. The tune wrestles with the realization of truth and the feelings wrapped around that sense of awareness in self, healing, and growth.

I enjoyed the tracks mix and subtle balance in the production. I thought Melanie’s vocal was strong, left a note of humanity and connection with myself that is sometimes lost in other tunes.

There is a clean vibe in the synth and gentle beat to keep the listener moving through the track. A bit of ’80s in the synth low end and some nice melody through the chorus.
