Siren Call by Julie Neff

When Julie hits the first line in the chorus and the guitar slams into you; it’s marvelous! This song, Siren Call was written on the muse of one too many long-distance relationships, thinking of the difference in the beginning and all too often “bitter” ending.

Julie is a fantastic songwriter, the lyric is engaging and relatable. The passion in her vocal is on a whole other level. I am so impressed with the grittiness and “dirty” delivery and honestly, I wasn’t expecting it.

This Toronto, Canada artist is creating lasting impressions on her listeners. There is a bit of the indie-folk songstress vibe, but it’s the power in her voice that really stands out.
