Ripe with washy guitar fuzz and an eclectic back beat, stars**** is a great mood-rich tune from San Fransico’s Buddy Junior. The song itself is a tune about trying too hard and being lonely, and poignant statement.
Buddy Junior is the project of Jared LeNar alongside long-time friend and ex-spouse Harvey Forgets. This track is a wash of spacey rich guitars droning in a balanced barrage of harmony and dualling vocals. It’s so dreamy, ambient, and really well done. I love the little atmospheric movements that complete the track. The vocals are really a highlight for me, so well done, I can’t wait for more.
