Black and Blue by Dylan Perkons

New single form Victoria, BC native Dylan Perkons is beautifully humble and reflective

Dylan Perkons has such a smooth delivery and this eclectic folk ballad is mesmerizing.

This is seriously a Mazzy Star cover, I swear! All joking aside, this track is so relaxed. From the first slight thumb from the kick, and lull of the bass. Vocally Dylan has a haunting and yet stark vocal that really captures the “alone in the forest for days with only your thoughts to comfort you,” kind of vibe.

Lyrically ”Black and Blue” is poetic and humble. The track moves in and out of repetition and stark one-liners that make you stop and think.
