Where You Find Me by The Notwist

German melancholy pop troupe, The Notwist has delivered a stunning new single in Where You Find Me. This tune has a catchy little pop beat that drums along sympathetically. I find the vocal delivery is a lament, very boyish and playfully. There are depth and innocence in the song that rushes at you, in between the pop melody and electronic flairs.

The song features the lulling vocals of Markus Archer, an exceptionally gifted songwriter, and clever poetic wordsmith. The tune carries a Death Cab For Cutie pace; watch the Ben Gibbard comparisons come rolling in. I adore this flow and the tone in the analog flavored electronics. The mix and production are perfectly balanced, leaving the track full of flavor.
